Description: Opening Shift Service Crew Member

As a service crew member in our restaurant you will be the face of McDonald’s- the undisputed global leader of the food-service industry and more importantly, the leader in our community. We are looking for friendly, dependable and enthusiastic people to work in this fast-paced environment where we strive above all else to offer top service for our guests.
Job Details:
Rise and Shine! These shifts begin at 3, 4, and 5 am. Dependability is a must for this shift. As our customer’s first impression, you will be expected to greet them upon entering (or arriving at the window in the case of drive-thru) with a smiling face. You will then enter their order into the register exactly as ordered along with any special requests. You may be responsible for accurately handling money during the transaction. After taking the order, you will assemble the guests’ meals neatly in a bag or on a tray. Always end the transaction with a thank you and smile. Help our guests have an amazing start to their day!
A successful service crew member is friendly, fast, flexible and service-minded. They are detail-oriented and strive to meet the needs of guests and their fellow crew members. While there are a variety of tasks that service crew members may be asked to complete to keep our restaurant operating efficiently, their main job is to serve our customers by taking their order, handling money, assembling food or meeting any need that may arise while serving our customers. Crew members must work as a team with the management and with each other to meet shift goals. Crew members focus on cleanliness around the restaurant to ensure positive guest experiences.
Crew must be at least 16 years of age. Crew are expected to show up on time and as scheduled with a positive attitude. Crew members are expected to look neat and professional in appearance (in accordance to the requirements set forth in our company handbook) and be professional in all of their dealings with customers, their fellow crew, and management staff. Crew members must have reliable transportation to and from work and must be able to lift 25 lbs.
