Job Details
We are seeking a Vice President, Operations to help drive our operations into the next stages of aggressive growth.
The Vice President, Operations role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. Serving on the senior management team, you will own and drive Operations Strategy, Information Technology, Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, and Recruiting activities as well as supporting other cross-functional processes. If it supports the operations of the business, it is probably the responsibility of the
Vice President of Operations:
• Developing strategy as a member of the senior leadership team
• Translating strategy and planning into actionable steps towards enhanced goal setting,
performance management, and annual operations management
• Looking for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Developing and implementing procedures and plans necessary for company growth
• Leading and developing a full-remote team across various functions
• Working autonomously while ensuring senior management team expectations are met
The ideal candidate will have a history in leadership roles and demonstrable experience
navigating complex solutions and creating sustainable business processes and systems. Prior
experience with Government/Defense contracting and accounting practices is highly preferred.
A willingness to take on new responsibilities with a general attitude that no task is too small is
necessary. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, detail-oriented organizational
practices, and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff are required.
