Job Description
The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. This position also assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for Clinical Unit Manager.
Qualifications include:
• • Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents

Compensation and Hours
Salary Range: $28.00 - $34.00 Hour DOE (Depends on Experience) 401K, Dental, Life Insurance, Medical, Sick Leave, Vacation, Vision Other Benefits: Not Available Full or Part Time: Full Time (30 Hours or More) Job Duration: Over 150 Days Type of Job: Regular
