Full Job Description Wall Residences, Inc., a Human Services Agency headquartered in Floyd, VA, is seeking a qualified, full-time Human Resources Director to join our team. The position will be responsible for overseeing all items related to Human Resources for over 350 employees. This will include hands on work with benefits, policies, FMLA, among other areas of Human Resources.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of four years' experience in Human Resources in a leadership role. Candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources. SHRM certification preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook are preferable. We are looking for a Director to come in the company and learn through hands on experience and collaboration. This person will be expected to learn company culture and fit Human Resources into our team!
The position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with a continuously growing company. Utilizing our human resources and payroll system, ADP, you will work closely with our Payroll Department as a team to ensure all employee benefits are correctly administered.
