A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Sales and Go to Market Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Managing diverse stakeholders with clear alignment to big-picture goals and outcomes
Driving the project plan, timelines, material creation, and sustainable approach to embed and operationalize a culture of planning
Leading the build-out of GTM process infrastructure
Qualifications Include:
3+ years experience managing & developing sales programs
2+ years experience in sales
Experience developing and implementing end-to-end change management programs, planning disciplines, or other sales initiatives
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and successful internal relationships
Ability to present complex ideas in a simple, straightforward manner Employment Type: Full-Time
