As a Sr. Operator I - Phaco Secondaries supporting Manufacturing, you will be accountable for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing packaging machinery/equipment at Sinking Spring, PA USA .
In this role, a typical day will include:
• Perform a variety of moderately skilled repetitive manual operations and /or operations involving the use of machinery or simple tools to exacting standards
• Strict adherence to SOP's and GMP's
• Ability to read and understand product specifications and documentation
• Assist in maintaining of detailed product documentation and verification of applicable records
• Must maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Must supervise product quality during manufacturing process
• Diagnose and solve routine operating problems
• Perform set-ups of machinery in the area
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON: • High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• Work hours: 1st shift, 6:30am - 2:30pm

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE • Manufacturing experience
• Machine Operator experience is a plus
