Full Job Description $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS
Set Up, maintain, adjust and troubleshoot lettershop production equipment while meeting deadlines and ensuring quality and quantity goals are met.
Responsibilities also include:
- Performs quality set-ups on various machinery according to engineering specifications in allotted time achieving rate cycle speeds
- Troubleshoot and repair all production equipment within scope of their responsibilities by keeping machines running
- Performs scheduled preventative maintenance
- Documents all mechanical activities into computer
- Assists in training new mechanics when required on set-up and operation of equipment
- Observes all company rules, regulations, safety procedures and housekeeping standards
- Performs other duties that may be apply
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Ability to read/write basic English
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for up to 12 hours
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, rotating 3 or 4 days per week, including weekends
- Pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check required
- Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
