Our automotive business is growing, and Outten Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram needs cashier/customer service employees to assist our clients.
Experienced preferred but willing to train, job duties include :
• Greeting showroom and service customers and/or assisting them with information and referring them to the correct staff member
• Operating busy switchboard, answering incoming calls, efficiently transferring callers to appropriate personnel, taking messages, and using paging system
• Processing payment (checks, cash, and credit cards) for service, sales, and parts clients
• Assisting with any Office Manager Requests when needed, basic filling duties, computer functions, and skills
