Our automotive shop business is growing, and Outten Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram needs service advisors to assist our clients.
Experienced Service Advisors Wanted, job duties include:
• Ascertain automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms or checking vehicle maintenance records
• Attention to detail and can verify warranty and service contract coverage
• Develops accurate estimates while factoring in materials, supplies, labor, or deductibles
• Clear communication skills when preparing repair orders and entering them into the data base
• Maintain customer rapport by relaying accurate consistent information, answering questions, and arranging towing or temporary transportation
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
