Full Job Description
Our automotive shop business is growing, and Outten Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and we need Parts Advisors to help our clients.
Duties Include:
• Assist service technicians with obtaining parts
• Manage over the counter sales to walk-in and wholesale customers
• Provide support for all owner inquiries
• Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate prices and maintain records
• Clean and organize parts shelves and storage areas as needed
• Stock incoming parts
• Daily inventory bin checks
• Parts delivery as needed
• Complete other duties assigned by management
