Full Job Description A very large direct mail company located in PA is looking for an experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster.
Description
• Training to set up machines to produce customers’ envelopes. Per Job Tickets, ensure the machine is set up accurately; may take measurements for accuracy and determine appropriate speeds
• Confers with Machine Adjusters and Machine Operators to assure the entire production team is working toward quality results
• Learning when to shut down machines for poor quality or safety reasons. Confer with Machine Adjusters and Operator(s) to determine and resolve problems. May order necessary parts and/or coordinate with supplier for parts and maintenance is primary responsibility to become skilled at machine adjustments/set-ups within the Envelope department.
• Is expected to learn and become skilled in repair of machinery. Makes routine decisions about work performed within established parameters set by Supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
High School/GED or equivalent or better.
