Job Description
** $3,000 Sign-On Bonus * *
This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the  AlloyLine Compaction Press, including the interpretation and response to the needs of the equipment. The technician will perform skilled maintenance, set-up, and troubleshoot functions as required.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
• Loading material.
• Using MITS and PLC to select formulations for processing.
• Disassembling, cleaning and reassembling Alloy Line and Compaction Press components including scales, containers, conveyors and hoppers.
• Ability to understand basic chemistry specifications and interpret equipment status and operating condition.
• Must be able to interpret video monitors, gauges, meters, etc. while operating the machinery.
• Maintain operating records and logs.
• Maintain material and maintenance needed lists.
• Ability to operate machinery in "manual mode" for diagnostics and/or equipment or blend issues.
• Use various hand and power tools as directed.
• Perform maintenance work.
