Full Job Description Summary description:
Line lead will be responsible for the continuing communication of the job assignments, training for specific product runs and placement of the line workers in assignments as required by the job.
Job requirements:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Be a strong individual able to take direction and move forward
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculation
- Demonstrate safe behavior in a continuous improvement process
- Provide and maintain a high respect level of themselves and the associates
- Previous experience working in a packaging and/ or logistics environment
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have own transportation
- Overtime as required
Responsibilities:
- Verify components to ensure the correct number available for production
- Ensure all employees follow the safety regulations
- Responsible to keep line clean of debris all times
- Review work order for assembly instructions
- Train line workers on procedures to assemble finish product per assigned role for the day
- Perform quality checks of the line
- Meet production requirements by following and enforcing productivity
- Keep equipment operating by following operational instructions; troubleshooting; breakdowns; maintaining supplies; responsible for work sheets and reports pertaining to production
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

First shift : 6:30 am __ 3:00 pm
Pay Rate: $16.00 hr
Job Type: Full-time
