Job Summary:  We are seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Analyst to join our team! You will be the onsite liaison between our Global Supply Chain Reverse Logistics personnel responsible for the recovery/re-use of returned equipment, hardware, and all accessories and our 3PL responsible for day-to-day operations.
The expectation is that this is an onsite position that would be at Coatesville/West Chester PA location(s) at least 3 days per week and in Alburtis PA at least 1 day per week.
Shift: The position is primarily a 1st shift position with some flexibility (9-5, 8-4, etc.) based on the needs of business. Occasional need for altering shifts may be required to perform audit work outside of 3PL production shift.
Locations: Support operations in Coatesville, West Chester, and Alburtis, PA.
Duties:
• Comprehend 3PL Work Instructions and conduct process audits to verify operations are in line with work instructions
• Assist with documenting Clean and Screen (CnS) and CnS Process Change processes
• Review 3PL product quality against published Cosmetic and Scrap standards
• Measure the performance of 3PL operations against KPIs
• Identify continuous improvement activities and eliminate non-value-added activities
• Onsite contact for escalations and act as liaison to larger Clean and Screen team
Desired Skills/Experience:
• Ability to work independently and remotely from the management team while maintaining a trusted relationship with co-located 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) vendor
• Understand 3PL Work Instructions and create/execute audit processes to verify the correct and thorough application of those instructions
• Ability to identify continuous improvement activities and eliminate non-value-added activities through Gemba Walks
• Previous experience in high-volume manufacturing or warehousing processes
• Project and/or Operational management experience
• Experience with SAP
