What You’ll Do on The Job?
Much of your work will be focused on bookkeeping, collections and payroll for the company. You’ll be entrusted with tasks assigned through your supervisor and you’ll be entrusted to work independently.

Need more specificity? Here’s what you can expect to be in charge of with us:
Detailed Bookkeeping processes of AR/AP, collections, and payroll. Specifically involving the timely processes of pay applications, waivers, lien documents, prevailing wages and certified payroll reports. Bank, credit card and month end reconciliation.
What We Need from You?
It’s important to us that you join with prior experience in bookkeeping. We’re also looking for someone who’s ready to work independently without much supervision and who truly loves variety, new challenges, and experience.
If you’ve got construction experience, that’s a big plus, but generally, strong strategic thinking and communication skills, self-motivated work, and time management skills are vital tools for your success.
