Job description
As a Restaurant General Manager, you are the leader of a multi-million dollar business with total operational and financial responsibility for an individual unit.

Education and Experience
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive, energetic, team player
• Basic math and accounting skills

• Basic computer literacy

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Team
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to ensure an efficient schedule while creating a bench of talent.
• Coaching, training, developing and empowering all team members to reach their highest potential and goals.
• Effectively managing turnover by utilizing tools provided like interview guides, onboarding and proper training procedures.

Guest
• Ensuring excellent levels of customer service on all shifts and properly handling guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintaining food standards are held to the guidelines and regulations.
• In charge of cleanliness and maintenance of interior and exterior of the building and property.
Financials
• Responsible for all financials including budgets, labor, payroll, food costs and inventory levels.
• Set and implement stretch goals based on the business.
• Prepare and analyze daily reporting while able to speak about your business to your team and leaders.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for a 10 hour work shift.
