Must enjoy driving safely Over The Road (OTR), with a minimum of 2 weeks on and 1 week off, longer durations can be tailored based on driver(s) preference. You will be running dedicated in the Southeast & Midwest, drop and hooks with live unloads. All of our loads are light and run under 25K LBS.Driver Requirements: -Must be have a Co-Driver and self motivated-Must be at least 23 years of age-Must have one year or more Over-The-Road experience-Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)-No major accidents, no more than 2 minor violations in the last 3 years-Must be able to pass a DOT Physical & Drug Screen-2 years of stable work history-HAZMAT Endorsement Required-Must have a clear record with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearing House-Must be an open communicatorResponsibilities:-99% No Touch Freight-Dedicated Lanes (5000+ Miles Weekly)-Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform Pre-Trip Inspection-Plan routes and meet delivery schedules before appointment time-Keep track of all of Out-Of- Pocket expenses with receipt, for reimbursement-Competing, storing, and submitting all necessary documents for loads-Must possess a smartphone and know how to operate apps-Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures-Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions properly and safely-Collect and verify delivery instructions on all loads-Report defects, accidents or violationsSkills:-Proven work experience as a truck driver-Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software-Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly-Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations-Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)-Valid CDL-A LicenseSchedule:-Two Weeks Over-The-Road, One Week Off (Longer Durations Optional)-Dedicated LanesCompensation:-$1500-$1700 Per week (Per Driver)-Weekly Direct Deposit-Paid Training (2 Days)-Monthly Safety Bonus-Cell Phone Stipend
