Camp Pennyroyal is a traditional overnight summer camp owned and operated by the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana. Pennyroyal is 180-acres with its own 8-acre spring feed lake, high ropes course and plenty of hiking trials to explore. Our program typically hosts Girl Scouts grades K-12 with up to 90 campers, staff and adult volunteers. We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to manage our summer camp food service. Duties include menu planning, ordering food, preparing 3 daily meals, managing, and cleaning an industrial kitchen, and more. The Kitchen manager works on a team with a Camp Cook and kitchen assistant, other camp staff step in as need and available. The Kitchen manager should be responsible, attentive, and fun-loving. The ideal candidate will be genuinely invested in the care of our campers and staff and how to best serve them.
