Collections Representative (On-site)

On-site position at the Owensboro, KY finance office.

Collections Representative Responsibilities:
• Collections account management
• Seek long-term resolution with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend training classes & meetings
• Assist with credit origination (after training)
Hours For Collections Representative:
• 5-day work week
• No Sundays
• Work most Saturdays from 10-4 with a weekday off
• Mon/Tues/Thurs 10-7, Wed 10-6, Fri 9-7
• Can be up to 5 hours of OT each week
Collections Representative Requirements:
• Collections or customer retention experience
• Able to work onsite in Owensboro, KY
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to work the listed hours
• Good computer/keyboard skills
Collections Representative Backgrounds:
• Sub-prime collections
• Rent-to-own collections
• Cash advance collections
• Payday loan collections
• Consumer related collections
• Customer retention
• Related collections experience
