A well-established law firm in Kentucky is looking to add a strong insurance coverage attorney to their firm. This firm is looking for someone who has strong experience with trials and looking to take the next step in their career.
Qualifications of Insurance Coverage Attorney
• Must be admitted to practice in Kentucky
• 5 years of litigation experience
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Experience with bad faith insurance, disability denial claims, ERISA claims, disability insurance companies, disabling conditions, long-term care insurance claims, general business insurance policies, and/or specialized business policy disputes.
Responsibilities of Insurance Coverage Attorney
• Represent policy holders in a wide range of insurance bad faith and insurance coverage matters
• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
• Communicate with clients and provide status report
