The Manager of Camp Administration is responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation, and assessment of council strategies for delivery of a nationally consistent resident camp experience for girls within the council jurisdiction. Oversees the development of a comprehensive, multifunctional plan for camp program enrichment and development. Integrates all functions related to resident camp in support of the council's business strategy; determines and implements short-term business strategies and develops and recommends long-term strategies in all areas of accountability.
