Coordinates care with all services participating in the patient's plan of care. Supervises and assists with the evaluation process of the Home Health Aides and LPN’s. RN with current Georgia license is required.  Current driver's license in state of residence and excellent driving record is required. Insurance as required by law. Active membership in professional organizations and professional liability insurance is recommended.
