This position is for a staff physical therapist who will help this practice to achieve amazing heights! Our goal has always been to humanize healthcare and it will continue to be that way.  At Human Performance and Rehabilitation Centers (HPRC) we are changing people's lives every day. Formerly Therapeutic Solutions (TSI), we are a unique out-patient physical therapy facility in Athens, GA. Our practice has years of orthopedic and sports rehab experience seeing a wide variety of outpatient diagnosis.  In addition, we provide oncology and lymphedema rehab specialization, working as a team member with local surgeons, plastic surgeons, oncologists, and cancer support groups, to provide a unique value-added dimension to survivor's cancer care plan.

Responsibilities
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed
• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process
Qualifications
• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in state of Georgia.
• Minimum of one year of experience preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
