We are always looking for a way to give our clients a “Better Shade of You®”.The ideal candidate is consistently motivated to achieve sales and cleanliness goals who thrives in an environment driven by commission and success.Responsibilities:Meeting & Tracking Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales GoalsProvide exceptional customer service to each and every customerEducate Customers on the Golden Rules of TanningEnsure that all company and legal requirements are metMaintains a clean, organized, and positive salonCash handling, Daily Administrative PaperworkQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageSome experience in a sales environmentMust be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per dayMust be able to lift 25 pounds without assistanceReliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekendsPreferred Qualifications:High school diploma, or equivalent.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience in a sales environment.Discover your best shade yet and join the fun at Palm Beach Tan!
