We are looking for some amazing smiling faces to join our Front Counter Team and bring the goodness of Waygu beef, house made sauces and indulgent milkshakes to the neighborhood. If you are looking for a fun environment with out of this world food and want to make some MOO-lah while doing it, get your toasted buns on over and apply!
Our Front Counter Team:
• Knows the sliders, sides and shakes and their ingredients forwards and backwards
• Has never met a stranger - invites guests over as they stroll by
• Communicates well with the kitchen to work together seamlessly
• Keeps the front counter, dining room and patio clean and ready for guests
• Inspires their team mates to ask them for help
• Understands the balance of great service and efficiency
Qualifications:
• Minimum one (1) year food service or customer service experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus
