PK Performance Trainers is looking to hire a training coordinator who will oversee new starts at a local manufacturing facility.
Pay: $40,000-$42,000/ Year
Shift: Monday- Friday 10:00pm-6:00am
Duties performed in this role include:
• Oversee new employee orientation and training plan for all new starts
• Monitor training progression
• Measure success and challenges of new employees
• Conduct new hire roundtable to solicit feedback on how new hire training can improve
• Monitor and track turnover by supervisor and provide feedback to the leadership team.
