QC Supply Customer Service Specialist will possess strong computer, organizational and written communication skills, Customer service skills and a high attention to detail are essential both in-person and via phone. This role will be primarily responsible for:
Essential Duties:
• Work directly with walk in and phone in customers. High emphasis on both sales and customer service relationships with customers.
• Manage all on-site inventories and communicate with the other store locations regarding Inventory needs.
• Perform weekly Inventory reports, Includes: updating inventory quantities in the system and keep all inventory organized and accounted for.
• Process all parts sales orders weather at counter or via phone and invoice them to the correct customer. Prepare all cash and checks for deposit and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Receive all P.O.'s and assure that they are accurately charged to the appropriate job or to inventory whichever the case may be.
• Keep parts counter and showroom neat and clean at all times.
• Maintain the inventory levels at this location to assure that we have adequate quantities on hand of all stock.
• Work with Sales and Project Management Teams to assuring that all materials/inventory for jobs are readily available and assist when needed with inventory transaction sheets, pull list and all returns.
• Oversee the Warehouse team and assure that all materials leaving or entering our warehouse are properly accounted for.
• Assist warehouse team as needed with unloading trucks and checking in items.
• Assist Warehouse Team when possible with counting and processing of all returns and verify that the "stock" items are credited back to inventory from the job.
• Work closely with our vendors to assure that we are receiving the best possible pricing.
• Always be Customer focused. Understand that our parts department is not just here to sell parts but we are also engaged in building long term customer relationships.
• Demonstrate a willingness to perform any daily task as assigned.
