Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
This position is to support the budgeting, invoicing, and report generation for the School of Social Work Title IV-E Program. This position reports directly to the Title IV-E Director and will work in collaboration with the School of Social Work Finance Director and SSW Grants Specialist.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and e-mail applications are required. Mathematical and record-keeping ability along with the development of budget and invoice reports. Good communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and attention to detail are required.

Create semester budgets using Excel and Title IV-E online portal system. Securely maintain records of corresponding documents. Monitor and notify the Title IV-E Director of potential problems.
