Production Planner & Base Material Replenishment
The planning position is a pivotal one at the factory where a balance needs to be created between production output and customer demand.
The position is based in Louisa, Virginia.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require international relocation to the United States.
What you will do
As our Production Planner & Base Material Replenishment, you will:
• Maintain master data in SAP.
• Create and optimal production plan on a six week rolling plan.
• Schedule orders according to factory capacity, factory project schedule, constraints, production priority order ETD request, production lead time.
• Coordinate the planning with production.
• Effectively balance customer demand and capacities to ensure on time delivery.
• Work with customer service representatives to manage orders outside order lead-time parameters.
• Order base materials.
• Participate in World Class Manufacturing activities and teams.
• Monitor KPI’s and improve losses.
We believe you have
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment (materials planning and replenishment).
• Experience in numerical and financial analysis.
• Process knowledge, experience with supply chain management, production planning, and WCM process and principals.
• Good skills using Office, Power BI and SAP.
