M-F, 8am-5pm

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an Athens, GA company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Athens and surrounding areas who have openings that they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
In this role you will:
• Be responsible for assisting customers, sales team, and administrative department
• Analyze problems and come up with solutions
• Take heavy volume of incoming phone calls from customers and clients
• Serve as back up for the front office
• Some clerical duties such as scanning, filing, etc.
• Responsible for inputting customer orders
We like to hear from candidates with:
• 3+ years of office/admin experience or experience in a related field
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft products, mainly Excel, Word & Outlook
