*Full Job Description**JOB DESCRIPTION: ** Demonstrate exceptional communication skills along with excellent customer service.* Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another depending on the nature of the need without loss of prioritizing skill, efficiency or composure.* Perform technical laboratory functions including point of care testing such as strep, flu, mono and COVID-19* Collect and maintain all patient and business documents while maintaining confidentiality* Responsible for quality assurance program for compliance with CLIA waived laboratory and patient result trackers* Report test results following clinic protocols alerting providers and/or Clinical Service Representatives about results.* Operate office medical equipment* Ensure quality control in collecting specimens, ensure appropriate sampling and maintain accurate record keeping.* Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.* Set up, maintain, calibrate, clean, and test sterility of medical laboratory equipment.* Comply with all laboratory policies and OSHA regulations related to safety, cleanliness and infection control.* Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment* Perform all other duties as assigned.*EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS: ** High School diploma or equivalent* One-year medical office experience preferred, but not required* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays* Willingness to travel to surrounding clinics to support*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: ** Required to work 12 hours shifts, weekends and holidays* Required to sit, walk, reach with hands and arms throughout workday* Finger dexterity and hand coordination required* Occasionally required to lift moderate weight (20-40 pounds)* Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust or focusJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceHealthcare setting:* ClinicSchedule:* 12 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shift* Holidays* Rotating weekends* Weekend availabilityWork Location: One location
