• Job Title: Human Resource Manager
• Location: 10910 Commerce Road US 441, Athens, GA, 30607, USA
• Provide coaching for Plant leadership, on onboarding, performance, and career development.
• Facilitate strategic people moves.
• Change Agent – Takes on a change agent role within the Plant leadership team and can build and execute change plans
• Identify learning and development needs for Leaders and participate in planning process and implementation (should include partnering with L&D on corporate initiatives i.e. Culture Of Coaching or Culture Of Accountability)
• Supporting end-to-end performance management process for blue collar workers
• Develop workforce plans (long term and short term) in partnership of global workforce planning team, Team Leader and regional/function leadership.
• Analyze and interpret data to build Talent Strategy.
• Payroll and timekeeping.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced with MS Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is preferred.
• Requires a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (usually a minimum of 5-7 years required) to include Employee Engagement, Change Management, Organizational Design, state and federal labor laws and current economic and labor relations developments in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience as an HR Team Leader/Manager that has strong understanding of manufacturing functional areas and their interactions, and a working knowledge of continuous improvement /Lean manufacturing for a minimum of 5 years
• In depth labor law knowledge and best practices.
• Previous leadership experience coaching leaders and building leadership teams.
