Full Job Description Lang Company is a regional, award-winning technology provider seeking a field printer technician to serve our customers in the Owensboro area. This is an entry level position to a career with our service department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on printers and MFPs.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records on service activity, supplies, and mileage reports.
• Deliver and install printing supplies.
• Manage inventory for customers.
• Set-up and install equipment.
• Help other techs, warehouse personnel as needed.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Aptitude and interest in a developing a technical career
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Customer friendly attitude.
• Honest and ethical work habits.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and good driving record.
• The ability to lift 50+ pounds.
