I am working with very respected Construction Company who is in desperate need of seasoned Heavy Equipment Mechanics working with all facets of diagnostic inspections, involved continuously in the commercial construction environment. A wonderful culture and competitive wages.
Skills for the Heavy Equipment Mechanic:
• responsibilities for field maintenance
• inspecting engines and small to heavy equipment
• diagnostic services, electrical experience
• CAT Certified
• standard repairs, routine maintenance to the construction fleet

• Standard Medical, dental, and dental benefits Qualifications for the Heavy Equipment Mechanic:
• Proven track record specifically, Diesel or Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
• Projects ranging from 10-20 million.
• Oral and communicative skills preferred
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Strong understanding and ability to operate computer systems
• full knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment
required Responsibilities for Heavy Equipment Mechanic include but not limited to:
• Driving to jobsites to perform field work
• Inspecting trucks, cranes, bulldozers, cats, forklifts, and other heavy machinery
• Conducting computerized diagnostics
• Repairing damaged equipment parts
• Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on heavy-duty vehicles
• Working efficiently on machine attachments
• Repair, replace, or rebuild faulty merchandise when necessary
• Active communication with other mechanics on big or other small jobs
• Completing reports on damaged merchandise for submission to upper management on job orders
