We are looking for an individual to join our robust and dynamic team as we continue to grow. The Packout Associate will be responsible for adhering to safe practices, ultimately achieving high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations. The ideal applicant will have experience in logistics and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assembling and packaging items in accordance with customer specifications and production standards
• Picking orders, stocking parts and transporting parts from the designated area to applicable locations
• Marking materials with identifying information
• Counting material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and providing information for record correction
• Verifying clerical computations against physical count of stock in computation or count; investigating and reporting on discrepancies
• Loading, unloading and stacking materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device
• Following company’s quality processes and procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Other duties as assigned
Education:
• High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience/Qualifications:
• Capable of operating shrink-wrap machinery
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
• Capable of operating manual and/or electric pallet jack
• Experience operating forklift
