The Regional Training Lead supports developing and implementing learning paths in alignment with the overall needs of sites within a designated region.Regional Training Leads collaborate with DSIT Learning Architects to identify learning needs in order to help sites sustain productivity and performance. In addition, this role will also consult with DSIT Analyst to identify trends to assess which current learning events are effective or which learning events need to be implemented for improved site performance in metrics. This role also, will identify and assign site trainers to facilitate learning events for both projects and ongoing training while implementing strategies to sustain a learning culture within the region.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 Support the continued learning of operation associates to improve overall
site performance in a region
 Ensure that assessments are conducted and completed for sites in the
designated region
 Based on review of data analysis, make recommendations for follow up
training and overall improved site performance
 Communicate learning events contribution to tangible site performance
with recommendations for ongoing learning programs to various levels of
leadership
 Identification and approval of new site trainers and oversee training of new
trainers,
 Process improvement review and approval for site changes suggestions
 Engage with super users and IT as changes are being planned, support in
planning activities for implementation of system enhancements or
break/fix
 Perform training audits of site trainers to ensure optimal classroom
instruction is executed during site learning events.
 Ensure the learning documents are being up to date and maintained
Requirements:
 3-5 years’ experience in leading training projects
 3-5 years’ experience coaching other trainers via train-the –trainer
program
 Expertise in mining training data to determine outcome-based curricula
 Expertise in learning theories and instructional design models
 Proven track record in needs analysis experience.
 3-5 years of expertise in clearly defining performance issues and creating
appropriate learning solutions with tangible results tied to training efforts.
 Experience in presenting learning outcome data to leadership and
stakeholders.
