Responsibilities:
• Use your cost accounting knowledge to support and create cost accounting models, research financial variances and analyze financial data. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to communicate and optimize financial performance by identifying key drivers, ensuring models accurately reflect current processes and products, and providing financial input into key decision making from a cost accounting perspective.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and assist with financial statements.
• Assist in analyzing business operations, financial commitments, costs, revenues, and trends to develop projections for future revenue and expenses.
• Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable and other areas of accounting as needed.
• Assist with maintaining general ledger.
• Analyze information and options by leveraging the power of our financial systems and also develop new financial models.
• Support month-end, quarterly and year-end close process.
The successful candidate will be an energetic and positive self-starter, outgoing, process driven, preferably with some experience in a fast paced business or manufacturing environment. Outstanding accounting skills and attention to detail combine with professional communications to interface with all levels across the business.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
• BS degree in Accounting
• 2+ years and/or an internship experience with cost accounting financial accounting for a manufacturing company
• Exposure to some Financial Modeling in EXCEL
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced and complex work environment
