Title: Occupational Therapist - Weekend Option
Shift: Part Time, Weekends
This position will be scheduled approximately 20 hours per week and will be located in the Occupational Therapy Unit at The Christ Hospital Health Network (TCHHN) located at 2139 Auburn Ave. Cincinnati Ohio 45219.
Job Overview: Evaluate, plan and implement Occupational Therapy treatment programs for referred patients.  Follow hospital and department approved policies related to documentation, attendance, education, etc.  Show respect and courtesy to all staff, patients and visitors.
The Occupational Therapist may perform the following duties:
• Patient Evaluation
• Patient Treatment
• Documentation
• P/I Education
Education: Bachelors or equivalent degree in Occupational Therapy from AOTA approved curriculum is required. Certification by the AOTA and Licensure of the State of Ohio, CPR certification.
Experience: Prefer one-year experience; will consider new graduates.
