Enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Responsibilities:​Works under minimal supervision to assist with managing inventory and movement of materials.Ensures accuracy of shipping documentation.Leads lower-level staff in activities related to handling and maintaining the flow of materials and products according to established guidelines.Performs data analysis to facilitate setting transportation and service rates.Reads production and delivery schedules, and confers with supervisors, to determine sorting and transfer procedures, arrangement of packages on pallets, and destinations of loaded pallets.Responds to complex customer or shipper questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.Analyzes material usage, including scrap rate and repair history, minimum stock, and pool quantity calculation accordingly to fulfill production requirements.Implements warehouse safety and security programs and activities.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
