- Patient mix includes Level 1 trauma, high acuity patients. Services include Gen Surg, Urology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Neuro, ENT, Eyes, Dental and GI.
- Must be CST certified.
- Shift requests: 4x10 hr or 3x12 hr shifts day/eve shift (weekday) 1.0 willing to go to .8 in interested. 8 hr call shift per week (evening shift)
- Holiday requirement: One 12 hour shift for in house day/eve on one 12 hour call shift day/eve (1 holiday out of 3 during the next 13 weeks)
