Job description This position manages the Total Rewards Administration team. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations, performing internal audits to ensure compliance with company policy, and educating the team, employees and managers as appropriate on benefit and compensation practices and policies.
You Will
• Adhere to Sitel policies on ethics and integrity.
• Partner with Regional Total Rewards COE leaders to administer leave, benefit and compensation programs.
• Audit programs to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Total Rewards Administration team on all leave, benefit, retirement, and compensation-related processes, policies and procedures
• Ensure the team is tracking and managing all documentation, notifications, correspondence, administration details, and maintaining detailed files
• Handle complex sensitive leave, benefit and compensation-related issues
• Recommend and implement continuous Total Rewards process improvements.
• Provide direct service support to employees and HR representatives in various Benefit administrative matters and applies knowledge of relevant Company Policy, Plan Documents, and procedures to facilitate utilization and to resolve benefit issues.
• Act as lead liaison between employees, HR representatives, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in resolving benefits issues and inquiries.
• Partner with vendor and COE on annual and specified open enrollment processing and implementation using set guidelines.
• Partner with HRIS department to implement changes required to support leave or benefit plan changes or new leave or benefit plan implementations.
• Complete reports and analysis as needed, for management requests.
• Perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required qualifications, skills and experience You Have
• Comprehensive understanding of FMLA, ADA and other leave requirements as well as Benefit administration practices.
• People Management experience
• Strong consulting, investigation, and remediation skills
• Sufficient computer skills; email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet programs
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop solid working partnerships with HR peers and customer personnel.
• Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of HRMS technologies and relational databases.
• Ability to understand the organization's working structure, politics, mission, and strategies.
• Ability to partner with other functional areas to accomplish mutual objectives.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and/or discussions, ensuring that all viewpoints, ideas, and problems are addressed.
• Ability to gather information, identify linkages and trends, and apply findings to assignments.
• Ability to incorporate needs, wants, and goals from different business unit perspectives into an enterprise-wide organizational and position structure.
• Ability to keep all appropriate parties up-to-date on decisions, changes, and other relevant information.
• Ability to learn and apply new information, skills, and processes, quickly.
• Ability to build upon existing knowledge and skills.
