**Sodexo is hiring a Senior Manager, Sustainability Analytics to join their team.**
The S **enior Manager, Sustainability Analytics** team of North America drives Sodexos Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and roadmap (Better Tomorrow 2025) covering the USA and Canada. We work to advance our leadership position and to ensure that the Better Tomorrow roadmap contributes to our Quality of Life positioning, boosts growth and accelerates the food transformation model.
**Responsibilities**
+ Co-leading the global development, deployment and ongoing performance management of SEA for a Better Tomorrow, including the questionnaire, KPIs, Best Practices and communications.
+ Creating the performance metrics to engage and inform senior leaders concerning NorAm and Segment Better Tomorrow performance.
+ Working with Segment senior leadership to create, measure and report the metrics which will enable them to achieve their Better Tomorrow 2025 goals. This work includes setting Region and Segment goals, helping the Segments understand how they can achieve the goals, measuring performance and communicating back to Group and Segments.
+ Accountable for the deployment and execution of our external audit to meet French law, Grenelle Deux.
+ This role is not responsible for directly responding to external ESG rating and ranking surveys or agencies; instead, this role is responsible for gathering the North American regional data and providing that to the global reporting team.
+ This role will collect regional data to support submission with various ESG reporting frameworks including DJSI, CDP, RE100, UN SDGs.
+ Travel once per month is expected for business site support, client presentations, or speaking engagements.
**Team**
+ This Senior Manager of Sustainability Analytics for Sodexo North America position reports to the Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility for Sodexo North America.
+ This role works in partnership with the Director of Sustainability for North America, The Senior Manager of Sustainability Engagement for North America, and the Director of Corporate Responsibility Performance & Metrics for Global.
+ This position has one direct report and works in close partnership with internal departments to collect data.

Compensation $107,000 - $129,000 depending on experience and geography, plus variable bonus
**Position Summary**
The purpose of this job is to create and socialize all performance metrics relating to our Better Tomorrow 2025 Corporate Responsibility Roadmap. It is achieved through extensive collaboration with Group CSR, Segments, external NGOs such as the World Wildlife Fund and lastly our external auditors.These metrics are increasingly critical to support sales, retention and organic growth. The role requires managing complex projects, engaging many global and transversal teams as well as influencing Group to prioritize NorAm perspectives and needs. Additionally, the role provides critical tools to improve sustainability performance at the site level and training managers to meet client sustainability expectations. Primary duties include:

+ NorAm SME on the Group Carbon Committee to reduce our environmental footprint. This work includes setting Region and Segment goals, helping the Segments understand how they can achieve the goals, measuring performance and communicating back to Group and Segments.
+ NorAm leader for the process to become certified as a B. Corp. This will expand in % terms during the latter part of FY21 through FY23.
+ Accountable for the deployment and execution of our external audit (KPMG) to meet French law, Grenelle Deux
**Qualifications & Requirements**
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5
