Team Resources Specialist
BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Resources Specialist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
Responsibilities:
• The Team Resources Specialist works in partnership with the Team Member Relations (TMR) management and TMR Coordinator functions, supporting the team resources processes, assuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing Team Resources statistics and reporting.
• This position is a Human Resources/Employee Relations systems analysis position with a focus on compliance providing support to the internal human resources department as well as department leaders and team members in a customer facing environment
