DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for general installation, proactive maintenance & administration of servers, workstations, network equipment, and other infrastructure components
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Manage service ticket queue, prioritize requests, and exceed user expectations
• Respond and resolve help desk tickets, emails, calls, and voicemails in a timely manner
• Configure and troubleshoot networks, workstations, laptops, and phone systems
• Perform backups, preventative maintenance, and server administration duties
• Demonstrates ability to learn new tools necessary for growth of the company
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of Databases, Oracle, MSSQL, MS Access
• Knowledge of Linux is a PLUS
• Knowledge of any scripting language like PowerShell and VBScript
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, IP Networking, DHCP, NAT, Routers
• Hands-on experience with anti-virus software, VPNs, LANs, WANs, VOIP, firewall
• Remote Access: Remote Desktop, Screen Connect, Team Viewer
• Ability to travel when required for store
• On call after hours when necessary
• Direct communication and IT support with retail stores
• Customer service experience PREFERRED
