Program Manager
Jacobs is looking for an accomplished Program Manager to lead within the J6 Directorate of USCENTCOM. This role serves as Jacobs' POC to the Government for all contract issues. Provides technical and administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order. The Program Manager will work at MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida with possible travel to Qatar CENTCOM Forward HQ during contract PoP.
Program Mission:
USCENTCOM C4 Enterprise Support. Jacobs provides Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Enterprise Support (C4ES) to the J6 Directorate (CCJ6) of the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), located at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL, and its forward Headquarters located in Qatar. The C4ES program provides CCJ6 with enterprise IT support services including the ability to share information anytime and anywhere through a Network-Centric Environment that is flexible, redundant, reliable, secure, and protected.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Duties align with requirements of PWS C.5.1
• Responsible for program management and oversight of all C4ES support activities performed by contractor personnel to satisfy the requirements of the C4ES Performance Work Statement (PWS)
• Serves as the Government’s POC, provide technical and administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order
• Supervises on-going technical efforts
• Manages Task Order performance
• Responsible for all activities across the C4ES contract
Basic Qualifications:
• TS/SCI Eligible Clearance required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
• Knowledge of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, networks and communications systems
• Demonstrated experience managing personnel deployed in overseas locations
• Experience managing a program of similar size, scope, and complexity
• Desired that candidate has experience providing technical innovations for large scale organization(s), such as the military or other Government organizations.
• Desired to have experience managing an incentive-based contract/Task Order (see FAR Part 16.4)
