Job Description
The position provides advanced secretarial, administrative and clerical support to assigned office to ensure effective and efficient daily office operations. May also assist department with the operation of computerized applications (to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer applicants with:
(1) demonstrated experience in budget and purchasing, customer service screening and referral, personnel hiring, and file management,
(2) strong experience in phone, composing and responding to email and other correspondence, scheduling, event planning, and
(3) advanced Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.
