Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant. Summary: In this role, the Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for Journal entries, reconciliations, BLA's, Bank of America purchasing. The Senior Staff Accountant will be doing a lot of Excel work - Vlookups, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, so Excel experience is necessary. This role will be working with Abilla MIP (fund accounting software for non-profits). This can be taught and is user-friendly. The Senior Staff Accountant typically deals with a 10-day close cycle - very heavy cost reimbursement.
• Accounting degree preferred
• Non-profit experience is preferred
• Proficient in Excel; Macros are a plus but not required
