job summary:
Our client is searching for a jack of all trades IT support Windows Admin. You will be troubleshooting Windows issues as well as being able to bring IT strategy to the table when needed. The ideal candidate is one who is able to take a leading step and figure out things on their own while maintaining a high level of efficiency and quality from an IT standpoint.

• Troubleshooting PC issues, printers
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Need to have familiarity with an ERP System - DCD is their provider - it is a very old system

• Experience with Cybersecurity
