Job Description:
System Analyst (100% Remote)
Must work 2nd shift (4PM EST to 1AM EST)
Apex Systems has an opening for Systems Analyst on the Service Desk team. Supporting the business on batch scheduling jobs and technical issues. Taking tickets through ServiceNow and scheduling jobs.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor scheduling tools, Autosys, Automic, Control-M
• Create Incident tasks for failed jobs in Service Now
• Respond to Incident and Request tickets in Service Now
• Handle various change tasks in Service Now
• Manage processes through documented procedures (Step Action Plans/Run Books)
• Escalate issues per established protocols and procedures
• Work with team members to coordinate support of various tasks
Must Haves:

- Coachable and willing to learn
