Position Summary
Responsible to plan for and execute the standardization and governance for application administration supporting the Ahold Delhaize business, with a view for planning for the long-term (5+ years. Innovate the thinking and execute through direction a plan to standardize processes and technology. Create a culture of continuous end to end cross functional process improvements through the creation of a Lean Six Sigma learning environment. Sets end to end process cycle strategies, manages business priorities and complexities. Ensures that the process compliance with policy and controls and are performed in the most efficient/cost-effective manner to deliver exceptional service to the business and Brands. Develops strong teaming relationships to achieve synergies and focus on continuous improvement. Responsible for leading delivery of automation solutions and ensure the timely execution and maintenance of developed automation opportunities; responsible for managing the relationship with the potential vendor point of contact and associated developer and maintenance resources.
Primary Duties
• Actively leads through vision, providing leadership for project / function through direct application of expertise, through consultation with others and/or through leadership team.
• Assessment of the problem involves analysis of numerous factors, both internal and external to the project / function in order to solve extremely complex problems. Often involves consideration of untested and evolving technologies, processes, and methodologies. Applies high level of expertise and core competencies gathered across large segments of the business unit or function to solve problems. Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the solution to enterprise customers by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios
• Work collaboratively with the business stakeholders and vendors to ensure the automation is accurately reflecting the process and leads the way towards standardization of process on a cross functional best practices basis .Effective internal and external interactions, secured through exemplary influencing skills are required to achieve major goals of the business unit. Interactions contribute to high level identification, commitment, and implementation of project and/or functional initiatives.
• Translate business process requirements to technical specifications/development requirements. In vendor managed services review the technical specifications for accuracy, quality and adherence to AUSA and DA IT technical standards
• Applies a high level of expertise across large segments of a business or function. Has extensive experience in several business units or functions in order to be able to critically think through the key intersection points on a cross functional end to end process basis. Has a high level of expertise and a full understanding of the business environment. Lead the develop and document process configuration best practices, create and maintain process and solution documentation
• Decisions directly impact the strategic planning and direction of projects/functional organization's) managed. Poor decisions impact overall financial and business unit results, can cause additional expenditure of resources (reporting accuracy, shrink, Deal leakage, etc.), and can risk the successful completion of projects. Plans and assigns broad objectives across multiple projects and functions across the entire US business and ensures implementation through other leaders. Actively leads through vision, providing leadership for project / function through direct application of expertise, through consultation with others and/or through leadership team.

Requirements
• Coupa Concur and SAP
• 12+ years of previous system administration/governance/ industry or related experience
• Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
